Redox Biology Meeting
3-4 September 2026
Te Pae, Christchurch, New Zealand
Convenors: Nina Dickerhof, University of Otago, Mark Hampton, University of Otago
This is a joint meeting of the Society for Redox Research Australasia and the 13th International Human Peroxidase Meeting. The meeting will take place over three days, with Day One (Sept 2) at the University of Otago Christchurch campus and Days Two and Three (Sept 3 and 4) at the Te Pae Convention Centre.
Sessions will span a diverse range of redox topics based on understanding the complex role of peroxidases and reactive oxygen species in physiological and disease processes, and on the development of biomarkers and novel therapeutics. There will be many international redox specialists at the meeting, providing excellent networking and educational opportunities. Researchers with an interest in ageing, metabolism, cancer, infectious disease, cardiovascular disease and neurological disease who want to learn more about redox biology are particularly welcome.
