Registrations for QRW 2026 open on 1 May.

Friday 31 July until 4pm: discounts are only available until this date
Friday 31 July from 4pm: only credit card payments for new registrations will be accepted from this date
Thursday 20 August 4pm: registrations close

QMB, MedSci & Satellite Meetings

Early Bird Deadline: Friday 17 July, 4pm

There are a limited number of $50 discounts towards the MedSci registration fee for the first 50 trainees (students or post-doctoral fellows) that are PSNZ Members.
Please note: discounts are only available until 4pm Friday 31 July

- Redox Biology - is a 3-day meeting with the first day (2nd Sept) being held at the University of Otago Christchurch incurring an additional registration cost of $80. Registration fees for non SFRRA members will include membership through to December 2027.

Student Rate: The student rate applies to all current students who are enrolled in full time study for a degree course. Note - if you register in this category we may require you to provide confirmation of your status.

Reduced Post Doctorate Fellow Registration Rate: Anyone working in scientific research or education as post doctoral fellow, research fellow, technician, tutor at tertiary institution, high school teacher or registered charity organisation.

Standard Registration: Anyone working in an academic/research/clinical role at or above the level of senior research fellow or lecturer/assistant professor, scientist, senior/principal scientist or equivalent engineer.

Commercial / Industry Registration: Anyone working in a commercial organisation or anyone who does not qualify for discounted registration rates.

All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST

Early Career Researcher: Anyone working in scientific research or education as post doctoral fellow, research fellow, technician or tutor at tertiary institution with no more than 6-years Post-PhD equivalent years. Note - if you register in this category we may require you to provide confirmation of your status.

Standard Rate: Anyone working in an academic/research/clinical role above 6-years Post-PhD equivalent years.

Meeting Inclusions

Registration fees for meetings held at Te Pae include the following:
- Attendance to all sessions applicable for your chosen meeting block
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon coffee break
- Attendance at poster sessions
- Attendance at the plenary lecture and evening social mixers in the Trade Area

Social functions must be registered and paid for in addition.

International Attendees

An official letter of invitation to obtain a travel visa to attend QRW 2026 will only be issued after registration has been completed and full payment has been received.
