For many years late August and early September has seen Queenstown host many of the best internationally focussed scientific meetings in the southern hemisphere. These meetings span a wide range of disciplines from molecular biology to physiology to medicine and neuroscience.
This year's 21st Annual QMB meeting is being held in conjunction with the NZ Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology's annual meeting and we are joining together with the NZ Medical Sciences Congress and the Australasian Winter Brain meeting as part of Queenstown Research Week 2011.
Registration for one meeting will allow you to attend sessions at any of the other meetings being held at the same time so this provides a highly flexible and cost effective way for scientists to get the most out of their time in Queenstown. Altogether we expect around 1000 registrations, making it New Zealand's biggest annual scientific gathering and one not to be missed.
